Our studio began with a quiet problem

We noticed how many people loved hobbies but struggled to sustain them. mythic-eden was built to remove the friction and make leisure time feel purposeful.

Illustration of a creative community

Company story

From a shared studio table to a nationwide hobby community.

mythic-eden started in 2021 as a small maker circle in Leeds. It quickly became a place where people wanted more structure, better access to tools, and a gentle push to keep going.

We turned that local momentum into a full studio model with seasonal programmes, membership access, and facilitator-led workshops.

Milestones

2021

First rotating craft club with 18 members.

2023

2025

Introduced wellbeing-focused hobby packages for local organisations.

Company philosophy

We take a steady, practical approach to creativity. The best hobbies feel simple, grounded, and repeatable.

Our role is to make that happen by taking care of the planning, pacing, and materials so members can focus on the craft.

Company values

Clarity: every session has a clean plan and learning outcome. Care: we create welcoming spaces for different backgrounds and abilities. Consistency: programmes are designed for steady progress, not quick wins. Curiosity: we encourage experimentation without pressure.
